Hi, I'm Rachael, owner and lead stylist at Laye's Wedding Stylists, an award-winning, family-run wedding styling company creating beautiful, personalised weddings across Essex, Suffolk and beyond.
Laye's was born following my own experience of planning a wedding. I quickly realised how overwhelming it could become trying to coordinate different suppliers for décor, florals and styling, and I knew there had to be an easier way.
I wanted to create a service where couples could bring their wedding styling together under one trusted team, without losing the personal touches that make their day completely unique to them.
From our wedding to hundreds of beautiful love stories…
Since then, Laye's has grown into so much more than I could ever have imagined.
We are incredibly proud to be a two-time Essex Wedding Award winner, including being named Wedding Stylist of the Year, as well as winning a Hitched Wedding Award 2026.
Most recently, our styling has also been seen on ITV's TOWIE, something that still feels pretty surreal!
But awards and TV appearances aside, my favourite part of what I do is still seeing a couple's reaction when they walk into their beautifully styled venue for the first time.
Every wedding is different. Whether you already have a Pinterest board full of ideas or genuinely don't know where to start, I'll work with you to create a look that feels completely you.
From your ceremony and florals to your tables, signage and all those finishing touches, our job is to bring everything together beautifully, and take as much of the stress away from you as possible.

We wanted a dry-hire venue so we could create the wedding exactly as we imagined it, but that also meant the space needed a lot of work to transform it into our vision.
From the moment we met Rach at a wedding fair, she was communicative, easy to work with, and completely happy to adapt things as our ideas developed. On the day itself, we honestly could not have been more impressed.

Wedding Styling of Dreams!
The styling that Laye's provided was honestly a talking point of our wedding - our guests (and my husband and I of course!) were absolutely blown away with how beautiful our wedding was styled, in particular our wedding breakfast.
The communication leading up to the day was excellent and Laye's were accommodating enough to support additional wedding stationary too (they help correspond with other suppliers so we didn't have to deal with any further stress!) even adding an additional guest with a week to go 🙄🤦🤣
